Warpstones are destinations to which players can teleport. There are fifteen warpstones in Sacred Grove, which are designated as Major Warpstones and Warpstones depending upon proximity to major centers. Once a character has physically traveled to a warpstone they may teleport to it by opening the Atlas and selecting it on the map. Physically, each warpstone appears as a large floating stone with a magical blue lines crossing its surface. Warpstones count as a collection.

The Warpstones work by transfer of matter from one point to another, without the matter traversing the intervening space in material form. In physics, the quantum information present in the state of individual atoms or photons has been teleported at least 600 metres (1,969 ft) to another quantum system via the technique of quantum teleportation. One means of teleportation proposed is the transmission of data which is used to precisely reconstruct an object or organism at its destination.
